Returns policy

We offer you the possibility of returning the purchased product within 14 days following the date of purchase.

For each return request it is essential to contact us by email using our contact form or at the following addresscontact.nsj@orange.fr  otherwise, we authorize ourselves to refuse the return.

DEADLINE

In normal periods, returns returned within 14 day(s) from the date of receipt are accepted; beyond that, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

An email will be sent to you when your return is processed, it generally takes 14 days for processing.

Attach your order form by circling the returned items, specifying whether it is a credit or repair and the reason for the return.

Returns sent within 14 day(s) of the date of receipt are accepted; beyond that, the package will not be accepted, the postmark being taken as proof.

  • The product must be new, never worn

  • Returned in its original packaging and intact

  • You must have contacted us within 14 days of purchase

 

 

Items must be impeccable, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

To be reimbursed, simply

  • Send us an email to obtain our agreement.

  • Then return the new product in the original packaging.

  • Attach your last name, first name and your order form in the return letter

 

Without respecting the dates, we will not be able to reimburse you upon receipt of the return.

The returned product must not have beenneither worn, nor worn, nor modified, nor damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging.

Personalized items are neither refundable nor exchangeable., in the event of a return, we will send you a payment link so that we can send you your return which does not meet the conditions noted in the returns section.

 

You must be careful with the packaging you use, if you are returning rings for example, because the item may be damaged during transport, and we are not responsible for damage or loss, therefore in the event of deterioration, we will not be able to provide refunds

 

Return costs are your responsibility.

We advise you to choose a tracked return so that you can follow your return.

We are not responsible for the theft or disappearance of packages.

We are not responsible for the breakage of items due to transport, therefore the costs due torepair of items is not our responsibility

In the event of an error on our part, the return costs are your responsibility. However, the shipping costs of the correct item are our responsibility. 

​Any return containing worn, damaged or worn jewelry will be systematically refused and again,shipping will be at your expense.

In the event of a complete order being returned for orders that have benefited from free shipping costs, administrative and transport costs will be retained up to the chosen delivery price.

Please note that shipping costs charged during shipments are not refundable, neither in the event of package return, nor in the event of refusal of delivery.

 

The refund or credit is made within 14 days of receipt of the items, you will be notified by email as soon as the return is processed.

During the holiday period, delivery times can take up to 3 weeks;

For hygiene reasons, earrings and Piercingsare not taken back.
